The month of October is Pastor Appreciation Month! In this Spotlight, Sonya spoke with Dan Maxfield, pastor of First Baptist Church of Chittenango, about his thoughts on why more & more pastors are “giving up” and leaving pastoral ministry. He also talks about what members of a local church body can do to encourage & strengthen their pastor & the church, especially during a difficult time for the church. Sonya also asks Pastor Dan how we can pray for him as a pastor.
