My dad Alan’s surgery day June 2nd. Hope he survives and not get infected. It’s too soon, as getting house clean enough is hard; worried about using my legs too much; my mum Glenda, has bad mental health issues; etc. My mum too many online jobs, one new job, BrixMagic, hope not last. Saturday 30th, going to church then instead; hope no rain between 16:00 and 20:45.

Please pray for wisdom on whether I should appeal a decision by an employer, that I would have emotional healing to have my own family some day, that my maintenance man would make my place safe, that I can juggle my time demands, and that my finances will be alright, in Jesus' name. Thanks so much.

My 31 year old son is living with a girl who uses alcohol and marijuana, has an alcoholic mother in a dysfunctional family, and are unbelievers. He is defensive, in denial, and feels I am using guilt to help him see the truth. I am angry at them, struggling to cope without hating, lost for what to do when prayers are not being answered. I am afraid and anxious. I need help!!!

Urgent prayer request for my father, Gary.
He’s been in the ICU for over a week from brain bleed/stroke. The valve that was drilled into his skull to drain the blood has been removed and he has been taken off sedation. He is still not responding to commands and is on a ventilator.
Doctors tell me to pull the plug cause his right side is done, he’ll never walk or talk again.
But I’m waiting and leaving room for a miracle. Please pray for my dad’s healing. Thank you, God bless!

I'm weary. So so tired. I understand what Paul meant when he said "to live is Christ and to die is gain." My nerves are worn thin and I take blow after blow from a world that hates those less fortunate than they and the God who loves them. One of my Adult Ed Students, Scott a young man (under 30) lost his dad this week in a tragic construction accident. What Scott told my son and I was, his dad (72) was operating a skid steer and the hydraulics failed, and crushed him. In that BOCES parking lot I gave him a big hug and said we would pray for him and his family
