About Pastor Aaron Koonsman

Rev. Aaron Koonsman is passionate about teaching and equipping Christians to mature and flourish in the gifts God has entrusted to them. Together with his wife, Bonnie, he is committed to shaping our region and culture—one disciple at a time.
He grew up in Europe and Scandinavia before returning to the United States for his final years of high school. Aaron attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and later relocated to the Capital District, where he spent 16 years working as a mechanical engineer. He now serves as Lead Pastor of Community Alliance Church in Ballston Spa.
