Pledge Call Center

• How will you be making your gift today? Online or by check?

• If the caller says ONLINE – Click the appropriate online donation button to the right for USA or Canada.
• If the caller says CHECK – fill out the Pledged Gift form on the right.

***PLEASE NOTE***

• • • Be SURE the spelling of their last name and address is correct.  For instance- SMITH, SMYTHE or SMITHE can all sound the same but spelled differently.  This is very important.
    • If the USA donor does not have an email address, please enter in their first name and last name, followed by @marshillnetwork.org (Example: John Doe with no email would be johndoe@marshillnetwork.org)
    • On the USA Online donation form, the processing fees checkbox is automatically unselected. Please ask the donor if they would like to cover a part of the processing fees with their donation. If they do not wish to, make sure the box remains unchecked.

    • Please ask the donor if they would like to leave us a comment about the ministry of Mars Hill Network for the announcers. On the pledged gift form, the place for a donor to leave a comment is at the bottom of the form. Please check the donor comment box first before leaving a comment. Once you check the box, the donor comment section will appear for you to write the comment. On the USA online donation form, the donor comment section is on the first screen where you enter the donation amount. The process there works the same as it does on the pledged gift form.  On the Canada online donation form, please click “Write a private message to us” (located under donation amount) if the donor would like to leave a comment.

• At the end of the call:

  “Thank you for calling Harvest 2025. An acknowledgement will be sent to you soon.”
