PRAYING FOR YOUTH and PARENTS
Written by Teddy on April 21, 2015
Are you praying for your classmates? If you’re a parent, are you praying for your schools and students? Prayer is powerful and must be specific. The following partial list will give you suggestions as to how to pray:
Pray young people would walk in the fear and love of the lord and not their own ways. Pray our nations middle and high school students would be drawn in unusual and supernatural ways to the light and glory of Jesus. Pray students and parents would be convicted and prompted to pray for schools and youth. Pray every church would reach out to our nations youth and place a youth leader or Christian club in every school.Pray Christian youth would be bold in sharing their faith and the love of Jesus. Pray Christian parents would raise godly children. Pray Christian parents would model Christ uncompromisingly to their kids. Pray God would draw youth to Jesus.Pray administration, principals, teachers who are christian would share their faith and influence their school. Pray God would reveal himself to unbelieving teachers and save them. Pray Christian students and teachers would have divine appointments in school to share their faith. Pray for students struggling with drugs and alcohol, suicide, cutting and wounded hearts would find healing and hope in Jesus. Pray for personal strength and courage to share your faith. Pray for youth involved in the sex trade. Pray God would raise up laborers to go into the harvest field of youth in every community and school to proclaim the Gospel. Pray for more people to pray. Pray! Pray! Pray! Then do something. Put legs to your prayers and watch God use YOU!
