Prayers by Pete: The Lord Said

Written by on August 13, 2018

Problems all around; the Lord said, “trust me.”

Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Christ and He will make your paths straight.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Psalm 56:3 When I am afraid, I will put my trust in Thee.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Fear is consuming me. The Lord asked, “where is your faith?”

Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for Thou art with me,
Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Psalm 94:19 When my anxiety was great within me, He delivered me from all my fears.
1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act with honor, be strong.
Colossians 1:23 If indeed you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under Heaven, and of which I Paul was made a minister.
Hebrews 3:14 For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end.

Lord where are you? The Lord answered, “I have never left you.”

Psalm 10:1 Why dost Thou stand far off, O Lord? Why dost Thou hide Thyself in times of trouble.
Psalm 31:1 In Thee, O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be ashamed; in Thy righteousness deliver me.
Psalm 31:2 Incline Thine ear to me, rescue me quickly; be Thou to me a rock of strength, a stronghold to save me.
Deuteronomy 31:8 The Lord is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear, or be dismayed.
Joshua 1:5 No person will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. Just as I have been with Moses, I will be with you; I will not fail you or forsake you.

Lord, help me not to harden my heart.

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; who can understand it?
Ephesians 4:18 Being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their hearts.
Ezekiel 36:26 Moreover I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any person is in Christ, they are a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.
2 Corinthians 5:18 Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.

Heavenly Father, by your voice you guide us; we listen to what “The Lord Said” and we obey.
Humbly I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Please forward this so others may be blessed.
