Prayers by Pete: Strong in our Faith

Written by on November 5, 2018

Where is your faith?

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for those who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
1 Corinthians 2:5 That your faith should not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.
Romans 10:17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourself, it is the gift of God.
Luke 17:5 The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.”
2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith.

We have faith that God hears our prayers.

1 John 5:15 And if we know that God hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the request which we have asked from Him.
1 John 5:14 This is the confidence which we have before Him, that if we we ask anything according to Hs will, He hears us.
1 John 5:15 And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the request which we have asked from Him.
Psalm 66:19 But certainly God has heard; He has given heed to the voice of our prayers.
Psalm 66:20 Blessed be God, who has not turned away from our prayers, nor His lovingkindness from us.
1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and ears attends to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

We will stand strong in our faith.

Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act with honor, be strong.
Isaiah 40:29 Our Lord gives strength to the weary, and to those who lack might, He increases power.
Mark 12:30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
1 John 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you may know that you have eternal life.
Philippians 1:27 Only conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or remain absent, I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel.

Heavenly Father, as we take another step, we are “Strong in our Faith”.
Humbly I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Please forward this so others may be blessed.
