Prayers by Pete: Refreshed

Written by on August 27, 2018

Lord, send your rain.

Hosea 6:3 Let us know, let us press on to the know the Lord. His going forth is certain as the dawn; He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain watering the earth.
Jeremiah 33:6 Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them; I will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth.
Psalm 103:2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits;
Psalm 103:3 Who pardons all your iniquities; Who heals all your diseases.
Psalm 103:4 Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with loving-kindness and compassion.
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.
Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.

The rain will renew our strength.

Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say rejoice.
Isaiah 40:31 Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.
Psalm 46:1 God is my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Isaiah 40:29 The Lord gives strength to the weary, and to those who lack might, He increases power.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

Saturate us Lord.

Ephesians 1:23 Which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things.
Philippians 4:9 The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace shall be with you.
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom, teaching, and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

The rain brings refreshing.

Romans 15:32 So that I may come to you in joy by the will of God, and find refreshing rest in your company.
Psalm 23:3 He restores my soul; He guides me in the path of righteousness for His name sake.
Acts 3:19 Repent, therefore and return, that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
Proverbs 11:25 The generous person will be prosperous, whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
Philemon 1:7 For I have come to have much joy and comfort in your love, because the hearts of the Saints have been refreshed.

Heavenly Father, your rain washes away our cares; we are “Refreshed” in the presence of the Lord.
Humbly I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Please forward this so others may be blessed.
