Prayers by Pete: Kneel Down

On my knees, Lord I cannot do this.

Isaiah 40:29 The Lord gives strength to the weary and to those who lacks might, He increases power.
Mark 12:30 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
Psalm 119:28 My soul weeps because of grief; strengthen me according to Thy word.
Isaiah 40:31 Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act with honor, be strong.


Looking in the eyes of the Lord.

Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Isaiah 41:10 Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
Psalm 94:19 When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, thy consolations delight my soul.
2 Thessalonians 3:16 Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. The Lord be with you all.

Lord, I feel so lost, please help me.

Lord, we kneel as you stand with us.

Zephaniah 3:17 The Lord your God is in your midst, a victorious warrior. He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.
Romans 8:31 What shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?
Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Psalm 23:4 Even thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Romans 8:38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
Romans 8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any created things, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.


Heavenly Father, as we “Kneel Down” you cover us with grace and love.
