Prayers by Pete: Everything Together
Written by admin on June 17, 2019
The Heavens declare, He is Lord.
Psalm 19:1 The Heavens are telling of the glory of God and their expanse is declaring the work of His hands.
1 Peter 3:15 Sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to anyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence.
Romans 8:38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers.
Romans 8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
2 Corinthians 12:9 And He said, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weakness, that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
Psalm 28:7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; therefore, my heart exalts and with song I shall thank Him.
Romans 15:13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Having a strong foundation in Christ
Isaiah 28:16 Therefore, thus says the Lord, ” For behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, a costly cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed. He who believes in it will not be disturbed.”
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Luke 6:48 He is like a person building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation upon the rock; when a flood rose, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well built.
Luke 6:49 But the one who has heard, and has not acted accordingly, is like a person who built a house upon the ground without any foundation; the torrent burst against it and immediately it collapsed, and the ruin of that house was great.
2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, “The Lord knows those who are His, and let everyone who names the name of the Lord abstain from wickedness.”
1 Peter 2:4 Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected by others, but choice and precious in the sight of God.
1 Peter 2:5 You also, as a living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
Our Lord holds everything together.
Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created, both in the Heavens and on Earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things have been created by Him and for Him.
Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 1:3 He is the radiance of His Glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on High.
Colossians 1:18 He is also head of the body, the church; He is the beginning, the first-born from the dead, so that He Himself might come to have first place in everything.
Colossians 1:19 For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fulness to dwell in Him.
Colossians 1:20 And through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross through Him, I say, whether things on Earth or things in Heaven.
Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Colossians 1:17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
Heavenly Father, our eyes are on Christ as He holds “Everything Together”.
Humbly I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Please forward this so others may be blessed.
To God be the Glory
