Bananas and Blessings: Musings from Life’s Journey with Author Heidi Honey

What do bananas have to do with blessings? Author Heidi Honey, of Henderson, NY, will answer that question and share musings on walk of faith, family life, and divine inspiration from her Christian and Jewish heritage, as the special guest speaker for the April 27th, 2024, Live More Ministries program at Smithville Baptist Church, 14157 County Route 75, in Smithville, NY. The April 27th program titled “Bananas and Blessings: Musing Along Life’s Journey” will run from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Smithville Baptist Church. The church women’s group will offer a complimentary breakfast buffet from 9-9:45 a.m. There is no cost to attend.
Honey, the author of “Musings Along Life’s Journey,” has written about her journey of faith through cancer and healing, worry, and other life challenges. Honey notes that the origins of her birth and married names have dubbed her “a battle maiden princess, hard as steel and sweet as honey,” and says, “I hope that sharing my testimony inspires others to seek the Lord and find His goodness.”
Honey’s husband John provided essential support for the online publishing of her book and for an audio version. Honey is currently working on a second book about the faithfulness of God through the publishing process. “Musings Along Life’s Journey” will be available for purchase at the April 27, 2024 program in Smithville.
