
Eric Haynes author of the Mars Hill Network Active Duty Blog served almost 12 years in the US ARMY. He received a Bachelors of Science in Religion in 2010 from Liberty University and is currently working on a Masters of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. His heart is to continue to serve as a Chaplain for Veteran Services once he completes his degree. Eric has served a year in Iraq from 2005-2006 for Operation Iraqi Enduring Freedom, attached to the 101st airborne infantry.

Retired Lt. Col. Larkin Spivey is a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, where he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He has taught U.S. Military History and served President Nixon in the White House.
